Badaguish
Outdoor Centre is committed to Access for All and to programs and
facilities which offer equal opportunities in an integrated setting.
Badaguish is a Charitable Trust to provide a special service to people
with disabilities. This includes a fully staffed programme and purpose
built Activity Holiday Unit which people with disabilities can visit
unaccompanied (24 hour respite care). Badaguish is registered with
the Highland Council to provide residential care for people with disabilities
and also operate within nationally accepted Care and Safety Guidelines.
Badaguish
Provides a variety of fully serviced and equipped log cabin and accommodation,
available in many combinations to suit organised groups, clubs, schools,
youth organisations and families. Badaguish also offers a wide range
of outdoor activities led by nationally qualified staff for organised
groups.
Located
in a secluded area of Glenmore forest park we are ideally placed for
activities, being halfway between Aviemore and Cairngorm funicular
railway, 1 mile from the road and 1.5 miles from Loch Morlich Watersports
Centre.
Badaguish
runs a number of courses including Personal Development – SQA, Leadership

Andrew Mackenzie (Manager of
Badenoch Outdoor Centre) is the Chairman and a Director of BASIL+.
Andrew also represents BASIL+ at the Cairngorms National Park Authority
vocational training group meetings.
